At Saw & Mitre Frame Co. we believe in purchasing a quality product once than a cheap product several times. As such, we stand 100% behind our frames and craftsmanship. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.
Refunds on any product must be initiated within 15 days of purchase by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for costs associated with shipping the item unless:
- the item is defective
- the item was damaged during shipping
In either of these cases, please provide a photograph of the item with your email. You may request a replacement or a full refund.
The 50-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee
Our frames are made to last. If you ever have any issues within 50 years after your purchase with the craftsmanship of your Saw & Mitre frame, we will either repair the frame or provide a replacement.
Now, we can't provide our guarantee towards damage caused by moving, incorrectly hanging your frame, playing baseball in the house (again), or anything like that. But we can provide it, if the wood joins begin to separate, the mounting wires/ropes are worn out, or most importantly, if you have worn the frame out from replacing the images within it with our replacement prints.
This guarantee only applies to our handcrafted frames.
