BBQ Impressions: Experimenting With What's Right In Front Of You

Last week I was driving home to Virginia Beach from the Outer Banks of North Carolina when I drove into a pretty heavy thunderstorm.  I could barely see the road so I pulled off at a gas station/BBQ place at the North Carolina - Virginia border to let the storm pass.  I had my Leica M9 with me so in order to pass the time I made a few long exposure "impressions" of the lights through the windshield.  I like the results.  There's nothing ground-breaking in these photographs, but its good just to have fun and experiment every once and a while with the scene thats right in front of you.
