This new policy is a long time coming. I've been mulling something over in my head like this for months now and finally wanted to make it happen before heading into our second year of business.
Here is the deal. We pour our heart and soul into making a superior product and we'll stand by that work. With the 50-Year Guarantee we will either repair or replace faulty craftsmanship with our frames. This excludes things like breaking the frame while playing baseball in the house (again), accidentally hanging the frame on a tree outside (wha!?), or any other damage you cause yourself. There is one exception. If you wear the frame out because you have replaced your photos within it so many times. We'd love to help repair it then.
Nothing has changed with our process of making frames so this guarantee applies to any frames that have been purchased from us in the past.
