Thumbing through a copy of Dan Winters photo essay "Last Launch" last week I was curious if he'd given any kind of talk about his process of making the images. In the book he documents the final three launches of the space shuttle program and from the images in the book, it's clear that he was given unique access to document the missions. So after a quick google search I came upon this great talk he gave to the folks at WIRED and I thought I would share.
I highly recommend the book as well. You can pick it up on Amazon for a little under $40.
